I visited so much Rock and Roll history and met so many of my musical
heroes, it would be impossible to name em all. One that stands out
is one of my favorite drummers ever............ He is as cool a guy as he is
a wicked drummer. I met with the artists reps from my favorite companies,
and would like to thank Gene Provencio of Tama drums for supplying
me with an incredible set of drums for the NAMM showcase. The Whisky
show was filmed and Rob is thinking of releasing portions of it
on DVD along with a back log of his material, some of which features

Here is the text of the article:
Guitarist,
Bassist Join Forces In RODEK - Jan. 5, 2004
BIOHAZARD guitarist/vocalist Billy Graziadei
and KITTIE bassist Jennifer Arroyo have joined forces in a brand-new
band called RODEK.
The five-piece group, which is completed by Karl Bernholtz
(vocals, THE GROOVENICS), AJ Marchetta (guitars) and Dan Lamagna
(drums), finished recording several demo tracks at UndergroundSound
studios in South Amboy, New Jersey (owned by Graziadei and BIOHAZARD
drummer Danny Schuler).
Among the tracks recorded during the group's earliest
sessions are "Marching Backwards", "Not My Year",
"Diemonds", "Stop Receiving" and "Undone".
RODEK's more recent material, which is currently being completed,
features a "heavier" direction, which "we will continue
to move in," Graziadei told BLABBERMOUTH.NET. More information
will be made available soon.

Dan just got back from a 4 date run with
working as a guitar and bass tech.
Sup Everybody? I just got home from the first week of Rodek rehearsals.
Its been a long 5 days for me, but even longer for the other guys. They
were in the studio for just about the whole 5 days. I been getting
home around 6 am almost every morning this week, except for one
day........I got home at 10 am. A few hours of sleep, then back
to work again. It was totally worth it. To finally hear the songs
live and to play with these guys was inrcedible. A whole bunch of
new tunes were written and worked on and hopefully this week I will
go in and cut my parts. In Balducci news, Im gonna have some dates
for the west coast run confirmed this week. We are definitely playing
at the NAMM convention, and a date at the Whiskey, I'll send the
dates to the man as soon as I get them. Anyone with hook ups at
instrument companies who can pull strings on getting a kit to play
on at the convention would be greatly appreciated. See ya's

In addition to various sessions, Rob Balducci rehearsals for the

Hey now everybody. The trek is over and
I'm home again. The last show we played at the Cornford club is
sure to be one of my best memories of the tour. It was a blast.
by far the most fun Ive had playin in a long while. So despite some
upsets we are all back in the states with no serious injuries or
severe trauma. we made some very good friends, and contacts over
there. Simon from Cereal Killer, Pete from Superior Sound, Paul
Cornford of Cornford amps and Clive Murray all made the trip a great
time for me. Not to mention Rob and Pags! There will be some new
dates being worked out right now. One in N.Y.C on November 6th will
be our homecoming gig, check the tour section for the venue info.
we are also going to be heading to los Angeles and Texas real soon

the practice room,

Hey guys and Gurls. Yesterday (the 16th) we played
a clinic atthe Guitar Institute of London. It was a load of fun,
and a ton of work carrying the gear up the however many flights
of stairs it was. Before the clinic we went to do an interview with
Ben from Gitar player magazine, he will be reviewing our final date
tomorrow at the Cornfield club. Today we spent the day wandering
various markets and what not. It was a lot of fun to see the sites
of London. Tonight we head back to the pub scene for our last night
out. Ill check in when I arrive back home on Sunday night for a
final chapter of the tour update. See ya soon,
llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Yesterday we traveled to Cardiff. The day was
spent in stores and local instrument shops. That night we played
at a place called the Toucan. The turnout was aight, but the recording
of the show came out DOPE! I think we've watched the whole 3rd season
of The Family Guy on the way to each city. Today we leave for Worcester.
I think we are going to meet a few band folk and then off to the
club. Ill write again next chance I get. See ya,

Whats up guys! Im in Wales tonight and have
some time so here is what has happened thus far. England is very
cool. We spent the last 3 days there. After we landed at Hethrow
we went to our new friend Simon from the band Cereal Killer's place.
We slept for a few hours then it was off to our first few english
pubs. The first one we hit, The Intrepid Fox, looked like a mix
between halloweeen, and hell. The first thing I heard Blarring were
my two favorite bands. Slayer, then Type O Negative. They also had
pics of Biohazard, Slayer, fight club, all my favorite stuff, everwhere.
The place was wicked. After many rounds and meeting the crew over
here we offed to a place called Garlic and shots. They have these
things called Blood Shots. They are some kinds of something loaded
with garlic and they are insane. This place was in a basement and
the chamber we were hanging in had a coffin looking table with a
very catacomb-esque kind of feeling to it. Like bieng in a burial
chamber. This place was rocking another favorite of mine, Morbid
angel. The next day we headlined Jemfest. It was a blast, the bands
were all cool, the venue was great and Simon and Peter did a great
job keeping it going. We left England for Wales this afternoon.
We arrived a few hours ago and have a night off. Tomorrow starts
a long run of dates so Im gonna get going. Ill check next chance
I get. Take Care.
